We had our wedding reception in your hotel on the 15th September and just have to let you know how wonderful our day was made by your staff. The whole planning and eventual day could not be faulted as with PJ in control we had no worries. The meal and serving of it was brilliant. Everyone worked under his guidance in unison and in a relaxed manner, all like PJ with a smile and a help when needed.
